Estimated processing times are 2-3 days not including shipping time. All orders will receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your package's journey. Cozzette Candle Co is not responsible for any lost packages.

Cozzette Candle Co. is not responsible for any shipping charges. We will be happy to ship your package back to an alternative address, but you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Your order is always packaged with handling & transit taken into consideration. While we are careful about packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at cozzettecandleco@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours. We will work together to find a solution!
